Cosecha is a chef-driven, modern American hospitality group led by Chef Steve Brown and has recently opened a brick and mortar restaurant called Temp° by Cosecha in Chula Vista. In addition to catering, Cosecha hosts private, 8 to 22 course dinners using Wild Willow Farm produce, and often featured A5 Satsuma Wagyu beef. Wine pairings from different regions are also featured.
